What is the difference between a venue coordinator and a Wedding Coordinator?

A Venue coordinator is typically an employee of the venue.

Their primary responsibility is to manage the venue itself . This includes ensuring that the space is setup according to the venues layout and policies

They focus on the logistical aspects specific to the venue, such as lighting , temperature control, and sound systems.

A Wedding Coordinator, on the other hand, is a professional hired by the couple to manage the entire wedding event, not just the venue.

a wedding coordinators role is comprehensive and could include everything from budget planning, design assistance, vendor management to managing the entire wedding day

How do you help us stick to our budget?

I work closely with you to create a budget and prioritize your spending on what matters most to you, I will also provide you with a clear spreadsheet that will make it easy to track and visualize where all allocations of the budget are.

What is your approach to managing the wedding timeline?

I create a detailed timeline, coordinate with all vendors, and ensure that everything runs on schedule, from the ceremony to the reception.

How far in advance should I book a wedding planner?

It's recommended to book a wedding planner as soon as you start planning your wedding. Popular dates often fill up quickly, so early booking ensures you secure our services.

What if I've already planned some aspects of my wedding? Can you still help?

Absolutely! We offer planning services where we can step in to assist with the remaining details.
