Sara Richardson
Owner & Creative Director
Hi, I’m Sara, the founder and creative force behind SoCo 36.
My journey into weddings began in 2015 when planning my own multicultural celebration revealed a truth I couldn’t ignore: couples deserve more. More clarity, more intention, and far more support throughout the process.
With a background in cosmetic dentistry, I spent over a decade perfecting the art of detail, designing smiles with precision, care, and beauty. It was a career that fueled my creativity, but I wanted more. I wanted to challenge myself, to create on a larger scale, and to design experiences that held meaning beyond the surface. That calling led me to leave a thriving career and step fully into the world of weddings, where logistics meet artistry and no two celebrations are ever the same.
At SoCo 36, we don’t just plan events. We craft layered, intentional experiences that reflect your story and feel as good as they look. With a foundation rooted in both precision and heart, we lead every celebration with purpose, passion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
When I’m not designing weddings, you’ll find me chasing my daughter, curating a closet of investment shoes, or dreaming up our next design concept over coffee and an overflowing Pinterest board.
Taylor lansford
Senior Lead Coordinator
Hi, I’m Taylor Lansford, Senior Lead Coordinator at SoCo 36.
I bring a fresh, thoughtful energy to the team, with several years of experience supporting weddings and events behind the scenes. I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to bring a celebration to life with precision, creativity, and heart.
I’m also currently planning my own wedding, so I completely understand the excitement—and the little whirlwind moments—that come along with the journey. My goal is to bring a calm, supportive presence to the process and to help make sure your day feels effortless, personal, and full of joy.
When I’m not knee-deep in timelines and details, you’ll usually find me painting, baking something sweet, or spending time with my horses. I’m passionate about creating meaningful experiences and can’t wait to help bring your wedding vision to life.
KYLIE EVERHART
Senior Lead Coordinator
Hi, I’m Kylie Everhart, Senior Lead Coordinator at SoCo 36!
I come from a background in the dental industry, where I wore a lot of hats—handling patient care, managing offices, and even planning large-scale company retreats and events. Working in that fast-paced world taught me how to stay organized, think quickly, and keep a close eye on the details that matter most.
I first discovered my love for the wedding industry while working as a social media manager for a bridal boutique, that’s where it all clicked. Being part of SoCo 36 is the perfect blend of what I do best: thoughtful planning, organization, and meaningful connection. As a Senior Lead Coordinator, I take the lead on wedding days, ensuring every detail runs smoothly so our couples can be fully present. There’s nothing more fulfilling than bringing a celebration to life with care and intention.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me planning my next adventure, spoiling my pets, or diving into my latest DIY project at home. I’m so excited to be part of your wedding journey and can’t wait to help bring your vision to life!
